factory radio. Change tracks on your iPod™ from the factory radio or steering

automatically turns off the iPod™ when the radio is out of AUX-mode or when
vehicle/radio is turned off. The iPod™ also charges the iPod™ when connected to

The AUX-POD consists of an AUX-BOX Universal Auxiliary Audio Input interface

The iPAC-CHY is an iPod® adapter and Aux input all in one. This interface will charge the ipod and provide a R.A.P. output (1 amp MAX) for powering other devices. Limited control of the iPod® is available through the steering wheel controls (if available) or radio buttons. You also have full control from the ipod itself!
Requirements for using the iPAC-CHY:
? One of the following radios must be installed in the vehicle RAK, REC or RAQ.
? If you have a VES system it must be disconnected at the DVD/LCD unit.
? This interface IS compatible with factory SAT radio.
This interface is not compatible with the REF , single CD radio, as it does not have the VES option available.

The iPAC-GM3 interface is used specifically for the 2006-2007 GM LAN 29-bit
Databus vehicles. Designed for Video, Generation 3, 4, Mini, and Nano iPods. The
iPAC-GM3 has three modes of operation; Advanced, Manual, and Auxiliary Input.
With a press of a button, you can switch between iPod, auxiliary and XM (if
equipped) Advanced mode allows full control over the iPod's extensive menu with
the factory radio or steering wheel controls (if equipped) while the iPods text is
displayed on the factory radio. Manual mode allows you to control the iPod from
the iPods click wheel controls. Both modes provide charging to the iPod while
connected to the iPAC-GM3. Auxiliary input mode allows an external audio device
to play through the factory audio system (DVD, MP3, Game station). The
iPAC-GM3 works with vehicles that have navigation-equipped radios,
non-navigation radios, and vehicles equipped with XM satellite radio and CD
changers.
